I find myself in Philadelphia this morning, having spent the past couple days in transit on my way here to the American Eagle Tour of Pennsylvania TourofPA. It is a big race with a very strong international field so I am not quite sure what to expect having gone so long without racing and considering my setback with the shoulder. That being said, I'm just going to jump in and give'er shit, it would be fantastic to do something here.

I drove the first leg down to saint catharines on saturday solo, which was actually ok. I split it up with stops in Peterborough and toronto and didnt encounter much traffic so it went pretty quick. Yesterdays van ride was allright too as we had a bit more leg room than usual with two vehicles and only 6 riders.

Today will be pretty chill here as we try and get the legs ready for tomorrow. A short, intense prologue then a technical crit in the afternoon.. on your marks, set, GO.
